Summary:PT X is a company in the education technology industry. The company does not have a clear and systematic employee performance management system. The indicators currently used in the assessment is only its revenue indicators. This research is intended to provide an integrated and systematic employee performance management system design. This study uses the Balanced Scorecard model The company does not have a written and clear strategy, so this research includes strategic management activities. Strategy formulation is carried out by identifying internal environmental factors using Business Model Canvas (BMC) and external environmental factors using PESTLE and Porter's Five Forces. The results of environmental factors identification are used as a basis for formulating alternative strategies using the SWOT matrix. The results of the strategy formulation are used as a basis for formulating the company's strategic objectives and the company's strategic map. Strategic targets and company strategy maps are used as the basis for designing an employee performance management system based on the Balanced Scorecard. Meaurement indicators and targets for each strategic goal are set through a Focus Group Discussion. Measurement indicators and targets that have been set are assigned to each division in the company. Strategic initiatives, KPIs, and KPI targets are formulated for each measurement indicators that have been previously set through Focus Group Discussions. KPIs that have been formulated are then assigned to all employees based on job descriptions and employee responsibilities. The planning, coaching, and performance evaluation forms are designed as a tool for companies to implement an employee performance management system.
