South Jakarta is a city that has various business and corporate offices ranging from state-owned, private-owned to multinational. This state attracts many businessmen, expatriates, and tourists to visit the city whether for work/business trip or vacation purposes. As one of Indonesia’s largest economic centres, the level of needs from people especially for those who don’t reside in the city, they need a space to stop by or stay overnight especially for those who plan to visit the city for more than a day. As a result of that, to accommodate the needs of a place to stay overnight for South Jakarta’s visitors, a hotel project that has 15 floors is set to be designed and built in Pasar Minggu district. The project is located in a strategic area near shopping malls and some corporate offices. The project is located in Jalan TB Simatupang with a land area of 2.421 ????2 and the whole building area of 11.491,7 ????2. The scope of this Final Project generally includes the creation of Work Breakdown Structures, planning methods of covering the site plan and zoning, quantify the job volume, determine scheduling, project cost estimation, and project S curves.
