| Summary: | Makeup is a daily activity carried out by teenagers and adult women, humans
actually have a tendency to look neat, attractive and also beautiful. However,
some of them have physical barriers, one of which is tetra amelia sufferers who
do not have hands and feet. Due to conditions that are difficult to carry out daily
activities, people with tetra amelia are forced to depend on others while they need
to feel independent and empowered.
Until now, there is no special make-up tool for Tetra Amelia. this is an
opportunity to provide alternative products to be developed to help people with
make-up activities independently. The research method used is a qualitative
method and the aim of this research is to find the best solution for the design of
special make-up tools for people with tetra amelia. In addition, in designing this
make-up tool, the main key is comfort and convenience in applying make-up that
adapts to the person's body, therefore, in terms of material, shape, and system, it
is expected to be able to accommodate the needs of people with tetra amelia in
making-up activities |
