Summary:ABSTRACT: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Along with development of Raha City and its surroundings including the District of Katobu, Batalaiworu, Lasalepa, Duruka, Lohia, Watupute, Kontunaga and Napabalano which is followed with growth of water demand in various sectors, so that is needed to analyze the water balance between availability and demand, accomplishment of water demand now and future, and assists government for supplying the basic water for Raha City and its surroundings. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The study of Jompi River water potential covers the rainfall analysis, water availability analysis by using rainfall-runoff of NRECA (National Rural Electrical Cooperation Agency) method, water demand analysis, water balance analysis, scenario and strategy to accomplish basic water till the year of 2025. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In order to be able to manage the water allocation according to priority, justice and efficiency, so that must be done the simulation of water allocation of Jompi <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> River according to water demand for every district with the condition at this moment (2007), short term (2010), intermediate term (2015-2020) and long term (2025).
