Description
Summary:ABSTRACT:

Basic Reproduction Number (R0) is expected values of secondary infections caused by a single infected individual in an entirely susceptible population. Basic Reproduction Number (R0) indicate whether the endemic disease appear in entirely population or not. If R0 more than 1, it means that the endemic disease occur in the population. In the other way, if R0 less than 1, it means that the endemic disease will not occur. Dengue Fever disease is a vector-born viral disease, transmitted by domestic mosquito Aedes aegypti. Its transmission involves only the human hosts and the mosquito vector with intrinsic incubation period in the host and extrinsic incubation period in the vector. So that, the principal model that will be analyze in this final project is model that have time delay because of the influence from incubation period. Besides that, this final project will analyze the parameters that give a great impact to Basic Reproduction Number (R0) Dengue fever.
