This system scans a person's face and then the data is recapitulated as an individual identity and a sign that the person is present. This system is considered more difficult to manipulate, less contact as an effort to reduce the spread of the covid-19 virus, and more practical because there is no need for tapping or filling out forms on applications or websites by members, but the system detects faces automatically. Broadly speaking, there are 2 types of members who can use this attendance system, those are the presence system users themselves and operators. Users can take advantage of various features including face registration, face recognition main presence, and backup presence. Operators can see the results of the overall attendance data recap, both from the main face recognition feature and from the backup presence feature. In addition, operators can also add accounts if there are new users. With the development of this system, it is hoped that the integrity of the recorded attendance data can improve by not eliminating the issue of practicality of use and remaining less contact as an effort to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
