Summary:Subtropical garlic which has better harvest quality will be crossed with local garlic which has poor harvest quality. Subtropical garlic cannot grow optimally and flower in Indonesia, which has a tropical climate, so the crossbreeding process has not been successful. Therefore, we need a tool that can emulate the climate of subtropical regions so that subtropical garlic can grow and flower in order to the crossbreeding process can be carried out. Smart Growth Chamber, a smart controlled plant growth chamber system is here to meet that need. In this plant growth chamber, microclimate parameters such as air temperature, humidity, lighting, CO2 levels, and soil moisture can be monitored and controlled in real time. Monitoring and control of microclimate parameters can be carried out by the user through the onsite display interface, or online through web applications and mobile applications. The use of web applications and mobile applications allows monitoring and controlling the system remotely (remote users) by a number of users at once (multi-users). In addition to web applications and mobile applications, the plant growth system also requires a cloud server. The cloud server functions as an intermediary between the gateway subsystem on the physical component of the system with the web and mobile applications on the cyber system component. In addition, the cloud server also functions to store data on the results of measuring microclimate parameters and the results of taking photos of plants in the growth chamber. Communication between the cloud server and the gateway, web, and mobile applications, and data storage on the cloud server database has been functioning and working well. And every page on the web and mobile application has been functioning properly according to the results of the measurements that have been carried out.
