Description
Summary:Cardiovascular disease especially heart disease is a dangerous disease. Number of deaths caused by this disease is also high. Therefore, public awareness on their heart health is needed. One way that can be done is to routinely measure heart rate. Heart rate is an essential indicator to human health. But the existing heart rate measurement device today requires a direct contact between measurement sensor and the skin in order to operate properly. This causes disadvantages to people with sensitive skin. For that reason, this contactless heart rate measurement system with camera is created. So that users can use all features available on the system easily, this system equipped with a graphical user interface. The graphical user interface is designed and implemented using Python with the PyQt5 framework. The interface provides all the functionality of the system to user so that user can use all the features of this contactless heart rate measurement system. In addition, to secure the software on the system, software security is designed and implemented using two steps, namely the use of configuration files and source code obfuscation. With this method, crucial user data on the system and intellectual property of developers can be protected safely.
