However, cases of fake attendance often occur accompanied by the presence of COVID-19, which requires the public to avoid direct contact. The presence system has begun to apply with technology where data storage is stored on computer storage or the cloud so that it is more integrated, increases work efficiency, and is more secure. Therefore, a less-contact attendance system with high integrity is needed that can recognize users and automatically recap attendance data into the database. The attendance system based on face recognition is considered difficult to manipulate with the presence data stored on computer storage managed by the server storage sub-system, the device interface sub-system to provide messages of success to the user and the operator interface sub-system to facilitate data reading, data processing, addition, repair, and deletion of data by operators. Data storage and processing uses SQL with database management made with MySQL while the interface is made with the Bootstrap framework. The sub-system of the created device interface can display a success message for the user for 10 seconds, the operator interface sub-system can display a recap of attendance data and attendance back-up data in tabular form, while the server storage sub-system can save, add, modify, as well as deleting attendance system data properly. The system can store attendance data for 12 months, data storage time is less than 5 seconds since attendance is made, conveys a message of attendance success to users in less than 5 seconds after being recorded and can receive attendance back-up data such as ID, username, division, selfie photo with 100% accuracy and save in less than 5 seconds. This proves that the specifications for storing attendance data, user interfaces, and back-up attendance have been met properly. text
