Description
Summary:The evolution of IoT (Internet of Things) technology has the potential to make human life simple. Complex tasks can be easily replaced with the presence of IoT technology. On the other hand, the security risks and vulnerabilities of IoT things will also rise. With the increasing number of IoT things, it will be easier for humans to access IoT devices spread around them. Security is crucial in IoT, especially when IoT things can be connected to many different networks. One of the solutions to improve the security of IoT things is to limit access to these things so that only certain parties can use IoT things. In this final project, an isolated many-to-many authentication scheme on a smart card-based access control system is developed. This system can facilitate many things' owners (institutions) and many users who can access things, with the administrator who plays a role in integrating the system. Administrator and institution functionality is realized through a web server, while users can interact with the system via smart cards. The security and isolation of the parties involved in the system are guaranteed by the implementation of cryptography and encryption. Based on the results of the tests and analyzes, this system can meet the needs and specifications of the expected system.
