Therefore, cooperatives have important role in improving the welfare of Indonesian people. Nevertheless, cooperatives have several problems in their management, such as the lack of public interest and knowledge about cooperative and the lack of efficiency in cooperative activities so that services to members and cooperative business profit are not optimal. Cooperative can be applied to the chicken farm domain which has several problems such as facing unstable economy and competition with imported chicken meat. This final project discusses the solution to the problems experienced by cooperative and chicken farms through the development of a digital cooperative application to connect chicken farm stakeholders named CoopChick. The CoopChick application consists of four main modules, which are membership and member activity recording, finance, e-commerce, and knowledge management, developed using Agile Development approach and Scrum method. The finance module handles financial matters within cooperatives, such as payment of deposits, distribution of cooperative’s surplus, and financial report of both cooperative and member. The result of this final project is a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of a web-based digital cooperative application that can be accessed via desktop and mobile platforms, UML diagrams to model the structure and behavior of the application, and tests that include unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and user testing to ensure the functionality of each application feature runs properly and in accordance with its business objectives. text
