An accelerometer is a device used to measured the accelerations of vibrating material. A strain gauge is a sensor used to measure the strain of a material. In geotechnics, accelerometers and strain gauges are used are hardware to produce a signal is used to analyze pile driving. Combination of physical theory about signal, hardware and software, we will take signal acquisition for strain and acceleration in pile when driving it in to earth. <br />
