This research theses explains on Occupant's Perception on The Result of House Renovation Program in Betawi's Cultural Village in Setu Babakan. The aim of the house renovation program is to bring the elements og the Betawi's Culture on the residents' house in order to transform their house to Betawi's house type. This program has been done with less concern on the residents' point of view on Betawi's traditional houses. Therefore, this theses search for the residebts perspective of the result on the house renovation program in Betawi's Cultural Village in Setu Babakan. Base on topic, there are various issues for this theses, which are : First Issue is to measure the stages of the Betawi's appeareance level on house renovation in Betawi's Cultural Village that based on residents perception. The measurement happens to 14 elements that's been renovated, these are floor, wall, pole, ceiling, trestle, roof, door, window, ventilation, langkan, gigi balang, ampok, sekor, and room. This measurement is useful for knowing how far this government's program runs from its original goal, which is to bring the Betawi's atmosphere on residents' houses. Second issue is to find the form of Betawi's traditional house based on residents' perception. This issue happens in order to find information on Betawi's traditional house that has been near to its exctintion. Based on respondent's perception, there are various findings, which ara : 71% elements from 14 elements shows the features on Betawi's culture, and 29% elements are not having the features on Betawi's culture. There are inputs on the elements of Betawi's traditional house based on respondent's perception. Hopefully from the information found on this theses could the development of the Betawi's house in Betawi's Cultural Village, and enriched the knowledge on Betawi's traditional house for everyone.
