Summary:ABSTRACT: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Rahajasa Media Internet (RadNet) is the first official nationwide internet service company in Indonesia. High rate growth of information technology in the last few years affesct every industries that operated in the area, including internet industry. Internet industry is an industry which has very though competition. Ironically while the number of competitor increase, RadNets sales performance along the year 2006 showed a trend of degradation. This degradation could be analyzed from many point of view, one of them from the product. As many <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> other companies, RadNet is a multi product organization that manage many kind of products. One of the reason a company always try develop additional product is not only to gain more profit but also to fulfill the needs and satisfaction of consumer. Unfortunately additional product also means additional cost and investment. Unprofitable product would be a cost centre for the company. Company have to allocate some resource, could be time or money, to maintain the existence of unprofitable product. On the contrary, profitable product would be a profit center for the company. Profit gained form profitable product could be use to support an unprofitable product.
