In spite being the center of movement its such a bad idea that this area still tends to look slum. The construction of Cibadak Style Hub is one of solution as a revitalization of this area. In the planning of Cibadak Style Hub, there will be a two story basement, so planning for a retaining wall is needed. The foundation construction also need to be planned properly as mechanism to transfer the load from above to soil below. Soil condition on the site location is dominated with clay soil. But at the depth -8,65 m of soil layer there is 1,5 m thick silty sand. Because Cibadak is known as the location with high magnitude of earthquake that could cause a liquefaction on those sand layer. Due to this event the soil bearing capacity will be lower than it sould. The depth of basement excavation for this project till 8,5 meters below the ground surface and will be supported by a diaphragm wall and wall-to-wall strut system. The strutting system is using typical H-Beam 300x300 for strut and center post and typical WF 600x300 for waler. The analysis will be doing by utilizing PLAXIS 2D software with hardening soil model. The thickness of diaphragm wall used is 0,85 meters with a total depth until 14 meters below. And wall-to-wall strut system will be installed at -0,5 meter and -4 meter elevations. The analysis of raft-pile foundation is used in this project by determining the axial bearing capacity of pile using Reese and Wright’s approach and determining lateral bearing capacity using LPILE software. Other than that the axial bearing capacity of raft will be determined with Meyerhoff’s approach. The use of PLAXIS 3D will help to know the settlement contour of the foundation. And due to the need for reinforcement design PCA-Col and SAFE will be used for fondation design. The design work will use several regulations as reference for design standards. The design of soil investigation program is in accordance to SNI 8460-2017. The load combination that carried out in structural design using ASD and LRFD combination is refers to SNI 1727-2013. The design concrete structures and reinforcement of diaphragm wall and foundation refers to SNI 2847-2013. Also the design of steel structures for strutting system refers to SNI 1729-2015. text |
