Summary:Waste increasingly piles up in the landfill without categorization. This results is waste that cannot be recycled especially waste organic. Now, waste organic is a major problem in indonesia and must be resolved quickly because it has resulted in various negative impact. Seeing this, it is time for us to recycling and reduce the amount of organic waste and use household organic waste management tools that can produce solid fertilizer and liquid fertilizer. Lavica is a waste organic management tools than can reduce waste with fermentation system 3-4 weeks that can produce solid fertilizer and liquid fertilizer without causing odor. This study use qualitative method with semi- structure interview with 5 housewives in bandung area. This study also use the theory of diffusion of innovation and Theory of planned behavior to find out what factor that influence use of household waste organic management tools, and to identify diffusion of innovation lavicastartup. This study to understanding how new innovation can entrance the society through five stage diffusion of innovation with each individual behavior towards their environmental.
