This structure is located in the city of Surabaya and with the classification of site E which is a fairly soft and hazardous in the event of an earthquake. In designing the building so that it can withstand earthquakes, it will be designed as a Special Moment Resistant Frame Structure. In designing building resilience against earthquakes, it will be designed according to SNI 1726: 2018 code. The structure is also designed with a design load on SNI 1727: 2019 with service functions that are tailored to the utility of each floor of the building. The overall structure is generally designed using two-stage modeling referring to SNI 2847: 2019 for reinforced concrete structures and SNI 1729: 2015 for the steel frameworks that rest upon it. Detailed calculations are quite complicated assisted with modeling software in the process such as ETABS v.17, SAP v.21 to model structures, and perform structural analysis. Analysis carried out such as deviation and building deformation aims to conform to applicable standards and meet the requirements as earthquake-resistant buildings. On the final stage of this design, there will be various kinds of detailed components framing the structure. With PCACOL, and SAFE 2016 can help the calculation of detailed components of the structure. The detailed components that make up the structural framework will be used as a reference in the structure construction process. text
