Summary:Guyub Teduh Residence is one of building infrastructure that categorized as a mixed use building, with combination of commercial and residential function. Refering to its function, Guyub Teduh Residence was designed as an earthquakeresistant building, with the soil condition of site class of soft soil (SE) and seismic design category D needs to be considered. Structural system is selected accordingly to building condition, namely dual-system with special structural wall system and special moment resisting frame system (SMRF). Earthquake analysis will be executed with spectrum respons method for upper structure, and static equivalent method for basement. Basement will be designed separately from upper structure and will be analyzed with two-stage analysis. Structure will be modelled by the help of ETABS software with structural analysis and detailing design respectively refers to SNI 1726-2019 and SNI 2847-2019.
