Description
Summary:PT Kolaborasi Edukasi Nusantara is an online education platform that focuses on improving the abilities of young talents in the creative industry that makes the presence of a workforce need to be considered. In companies that have a positive and satisfying physical, technological, and cultural environment, employees will show positive and loyal behavior thus they will stay in the jobs longer. However, PT Kolaborasi Edukasi Nusantara is still experiencing problems with the data regarding employee turnover intention. The existing human resources have not been able to map the factors and reasons for turnover in the company. Therefore, this study tries to identify the factor of employee experience that has a significant relationship to turnover intention at PT Kolaborasi Edukasi Nusantara and analyze whether physical, technological, and cultural environments have a negative and significant relationship with turnover intention. The researcher conducted a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to collect data from 49 employees and continued to analyze with multiple linear regression. The researcher also conducted a qualitative method using the semi-structured interview to validate the results of the questionnaire. This study indicates that employee experience and cultural environment have a negative and significant relationship with turnover intention, meanwhile physical and technological environment have no negative and significant relationship with turnover intention. The results of the findings will enable the human resource to take action regarding the appropriate employee experience thus turnover intention can be minimized.
