Summary:ABSTRACT: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Todays global situation demands companies to stand up in the middle of a very competitive atmosphere. Based on this reason, a company has to strive and seize every opportunity rapidly. To obtain this, a company requires prompt actions, abilities to forecast, possesses strong desire, and avoids every bureaucratic circumstances. Those entrepreneurial characteristics are essentials to a <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> corporation. To identify the fundamental nature of a corporate entrepreneurship, EOS (Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey) is utilized as one of available instruments. Its key objective is to measure comprehensive entrepreneurship orientations that belong in a company. A research based on the orientations has been conducted to evaluate areas on companys general order, strategic plans, cross functionality, support on new ideas, market intelligence, risk, speed, flexibility, focus, and outlook of the upcoming (futuristic). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> A complete study on the survey indicates that entrepreneurial characteristics inside the company are near to expectancy. To improve companys performance, discrepancies amongst present and expected entrepreneurial orientation can be lessened through certain accomplishments; financial equipments for grand ideas, a trouble free bureaucracy, a lucid policy delegation, employee rotations, form a medium for generated ideas, create customers survey on employees, accord innovation next to risk management, increase adaptation for acceleration, employee trainings, socialization of companys mission, vision and value, and extend incentives for innovative employees.
