Abstract : <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Many development that have been grown in big cities, caused the need for housing directed to a limit space, because theres so many space that use for bussiness center and recreation centre, that has a tendency to centralize in a city centre. This caused housing moved to a city side , in which urge on jammed. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> A far distance between house and office , also recreation centre, sometimes takes a lot of time, energy, and money. This reason urge young executive who has a lot activities to maximalize their use of time, hereby having a house with full facility, and close to business centre and recreation centre. Apartment is one exixtence of centralize for housing activity in city centre. A building that consist of housing unit that separate, heap vertically but have addition facility which use together. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Today many apartment build without think about the occupant apartment charactheristic and activity, so many facility that offer was not use. The other thing is that while designing, they were not effective. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Based on that problem so Surapati apartment purpose is to creating a housing which all the facility that offer , whether a public facility or unit housing, are designed by charactheristic and activity occupant.In that case so the occupant can feel relax, cozy and safe while living in their unit apartment, where all their needs can be fulfill and occupant dont feel limited by the space of their unit.
