The condition assessment result will analyse using an approach method such as Present Serviceability Index (PSI), Pavement Condition Index (PCI), and Surface Distress Index (SDI). Evaluation of the analysis results of the toll road functional condition values will be used as a reference to determine the types of road maintenance management activities that should be implemented. The results from PSI method analysis show that 68% of the pavement surface is in "Good" condition, 31% is in "Fair" condition by 31% and in "Poor" condition is 1%. Based on the results of the PCI method analysis, it is known that 48% are in "Good" conditions, 21% are in "Satisfactory" conditions, 16% are in "Fair" conditions, and 11% are in "Poor" conditions. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis of the SDI method percentage of "Good" conditions were 81%, 17% were "moderate", 2% were "lightly damaged", and 0% were "severely damaged". NPV value of cash flow count from the maintenance recommendation scenario for a period of 5 years yields is IDR 125.734.049.140. text
