Sign system is a guidance that is placed in a certain place that will help to direct people to a certain location, so sign system contains informations and become a necessary things that make people easier to find a certain location. Sign system has a very important role, especially in public places, such as hospital, where the sign system will help patients to search or to find a certain place or location to go. The used of the good sign system will give an patients and medical personnel an easier and pleasant feeling, so the patient’s handling will become faster and at its best. The sign system re-design takes place in Bogor General Hospital (RSUD Bogor), where this hospital is one of the referral hospital in Bogor city and its surrounding, so research is needed to make the good sign system re-design. The analysis of this design use interviews and literature studies method, so the good and easy to understand sign system re-design will be obtained based on the concept “Clean, Simple Hygienic”.
