Meanwhile, development in Indonesia directed towards digitalization to improve social and economic lives. However, there is no known change in livelihood resilience after digitalization. This study aims to identify changes in the rural household livelihood resilience after digitalization, including buffer capacity, self-organization, and learning capacity. The approach used with this multiple case study took Studies in Desa Tamansari and Desa Melung, and compared the changes produced to get general conclusions. Data on the study were collected through primary data with questionnaires and secondary data. With quantitative research methods, data is processed using descriptive, inferential and association analysis. This study concludes that after the digitalization program has shown a change in household livelihood resilience. Government-driven digitalization programs, as illustrated in Desa Tamansari, show a significant increase in household livelihood resilience. Meanwhile, the digitization program driven by the local communities, as illustrated in Desa Melung, does not fully provide an increase in livelihood resilience. In both rural characteristics, it also shows that the use of digital devices owned by households produces more meaningful changes. The result of this study is needs an encouragement from all stakeholders to improving hpusehold livelihood resilience. text
