Toddler age is an age where children develop quickly. In the development of toddlers there are several aspects that must be considered. However, the development of these aspects can be hampered by speech delays, which are generally caused by low intelligence and lack of encouragement or stimulus from people around the child. Speech delay also causes other disorders such as obedience, concentration, motor, and sensory. The number of children with speech delay continues to increase every year, especially since new habits are born. This makes one of the therapy places quite overwhelmed. Tools that are designed as makeshift sometimes make the therapy process less well. there are even products that are ultimately unused due to errors in design. The purpose of this study is to identify how to do speech delay therapy causes of lack of stimulus and seek opportunities for innovation. The method used for qualitative data retrieval is in the form of literature and observation studies. The product developed is a special therapeutic set tool for children who lack stimulus. By using therapy tools that have been designed using sensory integration therapy, speech therapy, and play therapy as a foundation, it is expected that the therapy process can run better and more enjoyable than before.
