Summary:This Rusunawa building was built to facilitate the ASN as a place to live. This Rusunawa is located on Trunojoyo Street No.4, Krajan, Kedungpedaringan, Kepanjen District, Malang. This building has 4 floors which has 1 lobby and 3 floors for residential areas. This building has a green building concept that reuses rainwater and greywater as renewable water sources. The need for clean water for Rusunawa from PDAM is 125 m3/day. The clean water supply system uses a roof tank system with clean water sources from PDAM, recycle water, and rain water. The volume of the lower reservoir that is used to temporarily accommodate clean water from the PDAM before being channeled to the roof tank is 98.97 m3 and is given an additional volume for fire prevention reserves of 113 m3 to become 212.57 m3 and the volume of the PDAM roof tank is 9.86 m3 which is then given additional sprinkler needs of 11 m3 to 20.86 m3. This building produces waste water from toilet and non-toilet activities. The wastewater produced is divided into two categories, namely greywater and blackwater. For building waste water production is 87.5 m3/day. This building is equipped with a clean water plumbing system with a diameter range of 15-25mm. The system used in providing clean water in this Rusunawa is the roof tank system. Clean water from PDAM is channeled to the lower reservoir in the building, then clean water is pumped to the upper reservoir. From the upper reservoir, water is supplied to each plumbing device by means of gravity. And the waste water in this building has a diameter of 32-100mm. The waste water drainage system is equipped with a vent to remove the gas produced by the waste water with a diameter of 32-40mm used. For the rainwater system, this building is equipped with a pipe with a diameter of 3-4 inches. The fire prevention system used uses sprinklers with a diameter of 3-6 inches. The plumbing system in this building requires a cost of Rp. IDR 2.940.000.000,-.
