The city of Bogor, which is known as the "City of a Million Angkots" and the high volume of vehicles crossing the roads, makes traffic jams unavoidable in this city. Biskita Trans Pakuan is presented as a mode of mass transportation that can be a solution to this problem. However, if the resulting performance is not in accordance with what it is expected to be, this will only adds a new problem for the City of Bogor. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the performance of Biskita Trans Pakuan as a transportation mode to support mobility in the city of Bogor. Using Public Transport Performance Standards Based on the Decree of the Director General No. 64/AJ.402/DRJD/2002 and Minimum Service Standards Based on PM No. 10 of 2012 which became the basis for measuring Biskita's performance in the field. The data for this study was collected using dynamic and non-dynamic observation methods to see operational performance. Then, this study also considers the assessment of service users to assess the current performance and the importance of the 24 performance variables to prioritize what needs to be improved. From the research conducted to measure the effectiveness of Biskita on headway, travel time, and speed has not been effective. The overall effective effectiveness performance indicator is only an indicator of frequency. In terms of load factor and utilization, Biskita is not yet efficient. However, in terms of availability, it is proven to be efficient. In general, the satisfaction level of Biskita users has a value of 87.46% which is reviewed on the indicators of security, safety, comfort, affordability, equality, and regularity. Service performance variables that need to be prioritized for performance improvement include the convenience of the condition of the bus stop to wait for the bus, the availability of information at the bus stop including routes, operational schedules, and the name of the bus stop, and information on bus arrival times. text |
