Summary: | Interaxe.ID is a business established in 2020. It is a tech-based business operating within the creative industry, specializing in accessories (fashion). We provide a virtual try-on technology in the form of Augmented Reality (AR) for businesses to deploy a new online shopping experience and help customers through a unique experience where they can try accessories virtually before buying the goods. Our AR meant to help them visualize the products they wanted to buy; necklace, earrings, bracelets, watches, rings, etc. from the local business accessories based in Indonesia. However, currently the company still not be able to release new AR prototype for approach purposes and it results in difficulties to attract and obtain clients from local accessories businesses due to limited human resource ability and sales. We are currently still outsourcing by collaborating with freelancers in its production, as Interaxe.ID business is considered not to meet expectations from stagnant growth and unstable revenue. The purpose of this study was to determine the financial feasibility of Interaxe.ID to create the business value from available AR prototypes. This study uses a qualitative approach through interviews and company historical data as primary data, as well as secondary data from literature reviews, journals, and books. In this study, an analysis of the industry was also carried out through PESTEL analysis and Porter's Five Forces, as well as the analysis about the company through SWOT and financial reports. To analyze the problems that exist within the company, a fishbone diagram is used. Also, this research is meant to analyze the financial feasibility of the company's strategy to create more AR prototypes and designs using the payback period, net present value, and internal rate of return. |
