Summary:Siwalan is widely spread throughout Indonesia, such as Bali, East Java, South Sulawesi and East Nusa Tenggara. Siwalan has several benefits, starting from the fruit, leaves, and coir fiber. However, the skin of the siwalan in Indonesia is underutilized. Meanwhile, intimates fashion based eco-fashion-based using natural dyes is still developing, especially in the manufacture of mastectomy bras, even though this opportunity is still very large considering the number of breast cancers that have undergone mastectomies in Indonesia. The number of breast cancer sufferers in Indonesia has reached 42.1 people per 100 thousand population. Utilizing of waste siwalan’s skin as a natural dye for mastectomy bra products is a form of fulfilling the needs of mastectomy bras by providing new color variations and innovations that are more environmentally friendly. This research was structured using mixed methods, quantitatively and qualitatively. The method is more directed to the qualitative method which is supported by experiments, which are part of the quantitative method, because the main data source and further research. With the data collection techniques that will be used: literature studies, experiments, questionnaires and documentation. The purpose of this study was to determine, among other things: (a) Natural pigments by experimenting with siwalan’s skin extract on tencel fabrics that are most attractive to potential customers; (b) Produce a mastectomy bra based on eco fashion by observing the design of the intimate fashion forecast S/S 2023 and intimates color forecast S/S 2023 with color preference using siwalan’s skin extract that are most attractive to potential customers. The novelties of this research include: (a) Making textile products with natural coloring derived from the siwalan’s skin; (b) Turning dyed materials into intimate products, especially mastectomy bras. With this in mind, this study has conclusions: (a) The production of textile products with natural dyes derived from the siwalan’s skin; (b) The result will be an innovation in the field of fashion that is more environmentally friendly, mastectomy bra from tencel fabric that works well with eco-friendly colors.
