Observed delays are smaller than those estimated with MKJI methodology, and this is as expected. However, the large difference may be caused by the downgrade slope. The analyses use pcu values from MKJI. The study recommends to study pcu values on downgrade slopes, especially for motorcycles, to support the relationship between delays per vehicle and delays per pcu. text |
