Summary:The pandemic affected a rapid increase in the amount of medical waste. The problem of waste was more diverse with the amount of waste that has been contaminated with the virus was already uncountable. supported by people's bad habits in mixing medical waste and non-medical waste in one waste bin so that it endangers human health. Receiving of waste retribution in big cities in Indonesia is still low. Cletrash has a product that can improve people's habits in disposing of waste in the trash so that it can solve these waste problems. This research was conducted using the House of Quality method to find the priority of features and designs to make the product. Research respondents are startup founders as Cletrash customers, users and professional engineers who are domiciled in Bandung as the sample of this research. The results of this study obtained 3 requirements for features that were developed, including a waste volume detector, an LCD feature, a campaign notification feature, and a scented coating. Meanwhile, product design priorities include product packaging information, LCD size, product size, product inlet, striking color, distance to the garbage heap, and safety protection products according to customer needs and desires.
