Bandung Fashion Hub building was built as a place and icon for the development of the fashion world, especially in the Bandung area. The building consists of 2 towers, each of which has 8 and 3 floors with a total area of about 13,500 m2 and is built with a concrete structure. Construction management design includes work breakdown structure, site plan management, determination of construction implementation methods including preparation work, earthwork and substructure work, and structure work, calculation of work volume, project scheduling, construction cost estimation, and project S curve. The construction implementation method used is the Bottom Up method, namely the completion of the lower structure which is then continued with the upper structure by using a diaphragm wall as a retaining wall, and bored pile as a deep foundation. Based on the analysis and data processing, the project cost was Rp Rp 139,876,445,898 with the cost per building area being Rp 9,866,866. The construction period of this building lasts for 439 working days, starting from June 6th, 2022, to completion on November 11th, 2023.
