Abstract : <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Telecommunication Infrastructure Division (Infratel) or used to be called Long Distance Division (DLD), is PT. Telkom business unit to manage all infrastructures needed on having infoCom acces and services. Infratel Division is supported by Functional Division Unit (UFL) which responsible to providing all operational facilities in procurement procceses. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Procurement procceses is an important bussiness activity for company operational continuity. Therefor, this process need to be done quickly, correctly, and must be running in the right rules. The UFL can be supported by performance measurement system for monitoring and controlling their activities to ensure the procurement processes well running as in planning. Information is an important factor in the performance measurement system to support the decision making. Performance measurement system will provide key performance indicator (KPI) which is defined as a set of values to measure the performance. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The purpose of this research is designing UFL performance measurement system using performance dashboard method which is a tool that represent a project performance by showing the right information in the right time and to the right person using visual information and user friendly application. So it can help to find the problems and make decision on timely basis. Performance dashboard is supported by Information system (IS) to process data and information so it can deliver real-time information to the dashboard. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The performance dashboard will simplify the performance measurement to help monitoring and controlling business activities by giving the qualified information, so bussiness activities can run as its planed and company will improve their competitive adventages. <br />
