Modular Technology in Sustainable Vertical Housing Development is one of the technology developments in architectural disciplines using the concept of modular infrastructure. Despite its fairly new development techniques usage, this concept also encourages the development of a construction mindset into an assembly mindset. The use of this modular infrastructure also answers development problems in Indonesia, including the long duration of development, unsustainable materials, shocks caused by earthquakes, and pollution emissions during construction. According to Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional (RPJMN) for the last 10 years, there is a lag in the project's realization of which targets for the last 5 to 10 years. In 2014 the RPJMN had a number of projects with a target of around 300,000 projects, of which the majority have a residential typology, with realization figures only around 50,000 projects. This significant difference in numbers is thought to have occurred due to the long duration of the project and the large potential threat to project sustainability such as earthquake natural disasters in the related area. By processing data from the advantages and disadvantages of using modular in development, it can be concluded that modular can be a solution to existing problems. Therefore, this modular development in this vertical housing is expected to be a solution to reduce the lagging behind the RPJMN in the coming year by taking into account the structure aspect and facilitating the community with housing.
