The design method used is a fragmental which begins with collecting issues related to regional design and finally produces a simulation of regional design. The design area has an area of 94 hectares with activities that will be accommodated are recreational activities, living, and education. The design of the area is based on urban design elements combined with normative principles, namely land use, building mass intensity and arrangement, circulation and parking, pedestrian paths, open spaces, marking systems, preservation, and supporting activities. In addition, the design simulation will also focus on the water management system in the area with the WSUD technical approach which is directed as a form of water control in the area retention pond, with efforts to minimize the impact of flooding as well as a water tourism recreation area. text |
