Summary:Video conference is the one of multimedia service can be performed in a real time condition which supported in voice, picture and data communication. However, the network connection is constrained which causes the ongoing video conference process to be disrupted, the disturbances include unstable internet connection, low bandwidth, joining meeting time out and unable to connect to internet service. Needed for a fast internet access which have the best performance to be given user comfort when used video conference. focus on this research is measurement the performance of the 4G LTE networks in order that the process of video conference would be smoothly used QoS measurement parameters. QoS (Quality of Service) is the method of measurement the best quality of network service. It has two method QoS which can be used, included QoS intrinsic obtained based on data measurement parameters consist of packet loss, throughput delay and jitter and Perceived QoS is obtained when the service is used when using the MOS (Mean Opinion Score) method consisting of MOS E-Model and MPQM. Wireshark is a software used to measure the quality of LTE service. Wireshark is important for capturing data traffic that passes through the network. The two filtered protocols include TCP and UDP. The purpose of this measurement to provide an assessment of LTE network performance when using video conference to achieve in standard value for ITU-T and TIPHON in providing convenience to user when communicating using an ISP (Internet Service Provider)
