The phenomenon of demographic bonus often becomes a topic that is followed by positive discussion and seems to be able to make all aspects of life better without any effort. However, if viewed more objectively, the positive situation as the impact of the demographic bonus must be accompanied by careful preparation behind it. This preparation includes efforts to prepare the younger generation to survive and develop, especially in the face of the economic pace. One of the economic sectors that are seen as having great potential and can be further improved is the creative industry and entrepreneurship, especially for the younger generation. This is also stated by various sources because the younger generation has potential in these two sectors, but there are no facilities that can accelerate the development of their abilities and skills in these two sectors. Therefore, to increase their readiness to face the demographic bonus, this project aims to provide educational facilities in the creative industry business as self or community development, as well as an introduction to the sector to the general public. This project was designed in the city of Bogor, precisely in the district of West Bogor. The location selection in Bogor City was carried out with consideration of the existence of the creative industry environment and the support from the government. This project accommodates activities such as teaching and learning, exhibitions, experimentation, seminars, and social interactions. With the situation in the middle of the city, the main considerations in the design of this project are the occurrence of formal or non-formal educational activities that remain conducive, the design condition that is responsive to the urban environment, as well as consideration of the sustainability of the design.
