Summary:In the last decades, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta has developed as one of the metropolitan cities in Indoensia. The vary kinds of infrastructures of a city is presenting the contribution to elope citizen activities and city arrangements. However, the developing progress is not propotionate enough to consist of the issues within the population of Jakarta. Mass and rapid transportation system is proven to evoke the development and reduce the rapid transportation of a city. Even though a terminated infrastructure could decay the willingness of citizen to use the mass transportation. A qualified development process is still in progress in Halim Perdanakusuma Transit Oriented Area. As the conceptual idea is seen through the accesibility of the citizen to integrate the activity from their movement and transit to the other medium. The system of the area is built upon Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Plan of Halim. In addition to support the center of the integration within the transit hub, the design is expected to encounter the plan wisely and efficiently for a better transit facility of Jakarta. This mixed-use building will be a premise to encourage the act of less private vehicles lifestyle for Jakarta. A contented access and movement is needed for the facility as Halim Area would be the rapid East Gate of the metropolis city in the near future and glide the paradigm of a good public transportation.
