With the development of increasingly comprehensive technologies, new cultural clichés of performance are emerging. One of them is the phenomenon of hustle culture. This phenomenon makes someone believe that the most critical aspect of life is to achieve professional goals by working hard continuously. Based on information from Google Trends, in Indonesia, Hustle Culture topped the list in October 2021 with the highest percentage of 100%. Many millennials’ demand that their lives be the same as the influence they follow in cyberspace. Hustle culture caused many millennials suffer from mild emotional illnesses such as anxiety and depression, which can interfere with millennial's mental health. In addition to affecting the mental health of the millennial generation, the hustle culture impacts the work-life balance of the millennial generation's life cycle. Work-Life Balance is a person's ability to balance work demands with personal and family needs. This proposed research contained the research problems to find out how the impact of hustle culture on employee's mental health and worklife balance. The author hypothesized that Hustle social culture positively impacts employees' mental health and work-life balance for millennials in the workplace. This study used a quantitative methodology by employing a survey with a questionnaire and a correlational research design. Obtained data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) and is supplemented by descriptive analysis. The variation of responses the author collected in this study was the dimension of mental health such as role conflict, role ambiguity, work overload, responsibility, and career development. While the dimensions of work life balance variable were work interference with personal life, personal life interference with work, personal life enhancement of work, and work enchancement of personal life. The result on the mental health variable showed that the most impact on millennial's mental health is a responsibility with the total score of 3082 and fell within the strongly good, indicated that the millennial has a great sense of responsibility to make the best contribution to the company. While the result on work life balance variable showed that the most impactful dimension is the personal life enhancement of work dimension with the total score of 2502. It indicated that personal life is still the main factor that affects millennials in working. text
