Summary:Abstract: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The value and prices of land will increase along with the growth of activities in the area. Such activities and the derivative effect will increase the need of land. This case also occurs in Ciumbuleuit area, which is experiencing activitys growth along with the existence of UNPAR. Yet, the dynamic of land prices pattern in this area have not been well identified. This thesis explains the dynamic of land prices generated by UNPAR. The research combine spatial and statistic analysis to explain the relation of universitys economic supporting facilities, and land price within the area. The result shows that the existence of UNPAR is influencing the development of economic public facilities in the area; initiated by the increasing demand of rented room and then followed by other economic facilities. The process has caused the physical improvement, and result land price changes of the area. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The result advances concept to the policy in planning and development of the area where the education facilities exist. University should consider as one variable in the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> spatial planning, so the university will be integrate to the surrounding area.
