It is required to assess the pertinent departments, human capital, and the requirement for individual employee development programs. According to the evaluation's findings, PT. Swakarya Insan Mandiri must improve right away if it hopes to keep giving customers exceptional service and contentment. For this study, the research methodology included qualitative techniques. In-depth interviews with active managers acting as technical field implementers and the distribution of questionnaires to the operational staff level comprised the qualitative methods. The internal and external environments, where information is sorted by articles on the web, textbooks, journals, and papers, are examined using secondary data. Data collection is the procedure used to gather the information required for this study. Primary and secondary data are the two forms of data used in this final project's data collection. Before moving on to the results stage, the data collected through the two data gathering processes will be assessed. Data analysis was done by interviewing the department heads of operations and human resources and giving questionnaires to branch managers, administrative support staff, operational staff, and representative coordinators. The results show that several areas that received low scores, particularly career development, assessment, learning, and development, must be improved. PT. Swakarya Insan Mandiri's strategic business analysis findings are regarding business growth, marketing innovation, integrated systems, and client satisfaction. Improvement Talent Management of PT.
