Urban transportation is one of the city government's priority issues. The government responded to the overlapping of urban transport routes and the increase in private vehicles by developing mass public transportation. BRT is one type of implementation of mass public transportation facilities that are already operating in Pekanbaru City, known as Trans Metro Pekanbaru (TMP). The services provided have a positive impact on town community as a result of the extent of comfort, security and safety provided is incredibly satisfying. However, supporting transportation, such as feeder transportation that gets directly to the place of origin of the passenger, has not been matched with the main transportation services. Feeder transit must be planned in order to serve urban transportation needs. The goal of this research is to determine the best feeder transportation route based on the pattern of community movement and the level of city accessibility in a bid to achieve integrated urban transportation. The research method used is a quantitative method with a positivistic approach. The processes are divided into three stages. The first stage is identify the movement pattern of each zone using the origin-destination matrix derived from the literature review and identify the level of accessibility of each zone for determining the zones to be developed for feeder transport. The second stage identify the weighting using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique with expertSA software using the variables determining the route of urban public transportation. The third stage is to use the UrbanSCAD 1.9 software to determine the best feeder transport route. Based on the results of the analysis of movement patterns, there are five zones with the highest movement, namely zones Z-07 (Tenayan Raya District), Z-08 (Sukajadi District), Z-09 (Marpoyan Damai District), Z-10 (Tampan District), and Z- 11 (Bukit Raya District). And for the level of accessibility in Pekanbaru City, there are three highest zones, namely Z-04 (Fivety District), Z-05 (Sail District), and Z-08 (Sukajadi District). So, there are eight zones that have been selected for feeder transport development. The results of the AHP analysis show that there are several factors that have the highest value, namely the weighting between the highest weighting variables on the land use characteristics variable with a weight of 33%, on the weighting between the sub-variables of land use the highest weight is in the sub-variable of land use intensity with a weight of 71 %, on the criteria for land use for trade and services have the highest weight with a weight of 27%, land use for offices and services weights of 26.8%, and residential land use weights of 20%. The highest sub-variable in the route service factor variable is accessibility with a weight of 18%, travel time with a weight of 19%, and route directness with a weight of 16%, and the highest subvariable in the road network characteristic variable is the road function sub-variable witha weight of 43%. There are criteria with the highest weight in the road subvariable, namely secondary arterial roads with a weight of 37%, secondary collector roads with a weight of 36%, and secondary local roads with a weight of 26%. The route determination analysis discovered 17 of the best feeder routes in Pekanbaru City. If a buffer analysis is performed on each feeder route, each route can serve every part of the selected zone. text |

Pekanbaru City is the largest city in Riau Province and one of the cities included in the
Pekansikawan Metropolitan Area plan. Urban transportation is one of the city
government's priority issues. The government responded to the overlapping of urban
transport routes and the increase in private vehicles by developing mass public
transportation. BRT is one type of implementation of mass public transportation facilities
that are already operating in Pekanbaru City, known as Trans Metro Pekanbaru (TMP).
The services provided have a positive impact on town community as a result of the extent
of comfort, security and safety provided is incredibly satisfying. However, supporting
transportation, such as feeder transportation that gets directly to the place of origin of the
passenger, has not been matched with the main transportation services. Feeder transit must
be planned in order to serve urban transportation needs.
The goal of this research is to determine the best feeder transportation route based on the

Based on the results of the analysis of movement patterns, there are five zones with the
