The system of transaction in traditional market has changed into multi dimensional activities and aspiration for the shoppers. This rapid development have emerged IITC Kopo Mall as one of the finest shopping centre in Bandung. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> IITC Kopo Mall faces a problem of increasing amount of operational cost, however, the profit from service operational payment is decreasing. This situation happen because of low occupancy rate of tenant and decreasing of amount prospective tenants, shoppers and customers. This condition will affect the property unit price and rental price, therefore, a coordination mechanism and strategic decision is needed to support a more efficient and affective operational activity. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> To formulate an alternative company strategy, external and internal identification environment process is needed using secondary data and literature studies. The decision of market requirements side of view in property management performance objectives like quality, speed, dependability, flexibility and cost, is reconciliation in intersection with operations resources owning the company like capacity, supply network, process technology and development and organizations, using Operations Strategy Matrix. These strategies help management making decisions in operations resources to fit and satisfy market requirements. From data processing, the implementation of six operation strategies may increase the service income at IITC Kopo Mall. <br /> text |
