INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/67455 Millennials are those who were born between 1981 and 1996, and are currently 25 to 40 years old. Millennials are also known to have characteristics that are much different from previous generations. The millennial generation has different working characteristics from other generations, one of which is high mobility and likes to do work in a practical way. Millennials don't just work in a room all day long, but their work is also flexible or moves from one place to another. Some millennials may need a place to rest when they are on a business trip or when they are traveling out of town for work. This study intends to analyze what factors influence the preferences of the working millennial generation when choosing a hotel for work. This study uses a quantitative approach with the EFA (Exploratory Factor Analysis) method which begins with the secondary data stage through pre-questionnaires and continues with the primary data collection stage, namely distributing questionnaires to 211 respondents to determine the preferences of millennials who work in choosing hotels. The primary data collected were analyzed using statistical data with the stages of the Kaiser Melyer Olkin test, Bartlett's test, and the Measure of Sampling Adequancy test with data processing using the IBM SPSS version 23. The results of the EFA analysis show that there are 17 factors that influence the preferences of working millennials in choosing hotels. The most influencing factor is experientially driven. text
