Millennials don't just work in a room all day long, but their work is also flexible or moves from one place to another. Some millennials may need a place to rest when they are on a business trip or when they are traveling out of town for work. This study intends to analyze what factors influence the preferences of the working millennial generation when choosing a hotel for work. This study uses a quantitative approach with the EFA (Exploratory Factor Analysis) method which begins with the secondary data stage through pre-questionnaires and continues with the primary data collection stage, namely distributing questionnaires to 211 respondents to determine the preferences of millennials who work in choosing hotels. The primary data collected were analyzed using statistical data with the stages of the Kaiser Melyer Olkin test, Bartlett's test, and the Measure of Sampling Adequancy test with data processing using the IBM SPSS version 23. The results of the EFA analysis show that there are 17 factors that influence the preferences of working millennials in choosing hotels. The most influencing factor is experientially driven. text |

data collection stage, namely distributing questionnaires to 211 respondents to determine the
preferences of millennials who work in choosing hotels. The primary data collected were analyzed
using statistical data with the stages of the Kaiser Melyer Olkin test, Bartlett's test, and the
