These animals have a role as forest fertiliser through their digestive waste. The scarcity of Javan gibbons is caused by poaching, illegal maintenance and logging. The adaptation of the Javan gibbon's body shape through several adjustments in an urban toy product will be designed as an effort to increase public awareness of the animal. Exploration of urban toy materials is carried out using stoneware materials. These materials have characteristics that are suitable for forming concepts and messages to preserve the Javan gibbon, as well as opening up business opportunities for ceramic craftsmen to enter the modern market. The working method will be carried out using a slip casting technique and decorated using engobe and glaze text
