The adolescent age group (12-25 years) is an age group that has a high consumptive power towards fashion products such as jacket and dress. This age group tends to use modern types of clothing and is currently a clothing trend. This type of casual style clothing and has a contemporary look is much favoured by the teenage age group. This causes a decrease in the interest of the adolescent age group to use clothes with traditional motifs such as Balinese endek cloth. As a result, some Indonesians in the adolescent age group do not understand the traditional and cultural values of Balinese endek fabrics. In detail, the endek cloth has high historical values. In addition, endek cloth also has cultural values and Balinese customs. Based on these problems, the design of clothing designs through a combination of modern clothing with traditional Balinese endek fabrics needs to be done to increase the interest of the adolescent age group towards clothes with traditional motifs. One technique that can be used is the draping technique. The draping technique can transform Balinese endek fabrics into a casual style, giving a contemporary look, but still has a high traditional value. So that the design with this draping technique can be used as a solution in efforts to preserve Balinese endek fabrics, especially in the adolescent age group (15- 25 years).
