Pesantren for the elderly is seen as a facility that provides religious teaching and learning with housing facilities for the elderly community.
This design aims to create a program and environment for Bersama Tatap Senja Islamic Elderly House that is suitable for the condition of the elderly, especially the Muslim elderly, in order to provide rest opportunities for the elderly in preparing for the next life. Implementing the concept of Islamic architecture into the Bersama Tatap Senja (BTS) facility will support a sustainable life transition from independent life to a life assisted by nursing when entering retirement in accordance with the established Islamic perspective. So that it can be used as a rest for Muslim elderly to rest and prepare for the next life. |
