Summary:Pajajaran Sports Center Stadium, Bogor is a part of the Sports Center Pajajaran with a multipurpose concept and a priority for open space area. Pajajaran Sports enter stadium consists of 7 floors for the upper structure and basement part and one roof floor made of steel structures. This final project will discuss about construction management and engineering planning of Pajajaran Sports Center Stadium. The purpose of this final project is to determine construction methods, setting the project schedule to estimate the time needed for construction, and also to calculate the project value. The scope that will be discussed is preparation works, earthworks, substructure works, superstructure works, and roof structure works. Construction method will be determined based on the works that is within the scope and the analysis of the project surroundings. Construction project scheduling will be determined using Microsoft Project and the cost of construction will be obtained based on the analysis of unit pricing which also will provide the S Curve. Based on the scheduling analysis of the Pajajaran Sports Center Stadium will require at least seven hundred and fitfty nine days of work to build. The construction cost will require Rp1.543.222.168.000,00.
