PT ABC has problems regarding slope stability on the Life of Mine (LOM) slope due to the discovery of a weak plane in the lowwall slope design. Therefore, the presence of weak plane must be carefully considered. The research is conducted to obtain a safe single slope geometry by considering the presence of the weak plane. Slope stability analysis was also carried out on variations in height to determine the effect of slope height. In this study, the method used to find the value of the safety factor is Janbu Simplified Method using Slide 6.0 software. By using the assumption of a seismic loading of 0.05g, the minimum safety factor value used is 1.3. Then, look for the minimum flat distance between the weak plane and the face of the slope that provides a safety factor greater than or equal to 1.3. The Research shows that the higher the slope, the lower the safety factor and reverse. The research also shows that the higher the slope, the further the flat distance of the weak plane to the face of the slope in order to obtain a safety factor greater than 1.3. Study’s result obtained a minimum flat distance of the weak plane to the face of the slope for the height of the slope (m) 10; 20; 30; 40; 50 is consecutive (m) 7.5; 24; 50; 72; 95. text
