Description
Summary:The fishing industry is a potential industry. Where this industry is an industry that is responsible for food security in Indonesia. Thus the demand for meat fish feed will certainly be very high. However, in Indonesia itself there are several problems where many feeds produce high ammonia gas and feed prices are rising. That way,the researcher and other ITB students tried to create a company to solve this problem. The company is called Sabcanty. Where Sabcanty tries to overcome this problem by producing feed with organic ingredients and based on CCM waste. However, the problem is that Sabcanty has completed the product development stage, but is still lacking in terms of sales. Because the purchase of feed is a B2B purchase and several considerations are needed to determine it. Sabcanty must be able to make a good procurement strategy. Where Sabcanty must know the attributes that its customers like in the procurement process. Therefore, this study has an objective in the form of knowing what attributes are preferred by fish farmers in choosing their feed and how recommendations can be given to Sabcanty from the first objective results. Where these attributes are obtained from journals, where the procurement process that needs to be considered beforehand is the procurement strategy, procurement planning, and procurement review. This research was conducted using quantitative methods using the PLS-SEM statistical method using a Likert scale. The study was conducted on respondents who are fish cultivators domiciled in Java. Where the research was conducted using an online questionnaire which was filled out by 188 respondents that is suitable to answer this questionnaire. This respondent's research was also obtained from the purposive sampling method. Where the results of this study are the variables of procurement strategy and procurement of goods have a positive impact on the desire to optimize the procurement process. Where the procurement planning variable was rejected and the information processing capability variable failed to moderate each relational variable. The results of this study will certainly be used as recommendations for Sabcanty in choosing the attributes favored by fish farmers in choosing fish feed. Later Sabcanty can be closer to customers in a way they prefer, namely by prioritizing the accepted variables, namely procurement strategy and procurement performance assessment. Where from this research, it can contribute to fish feed sellers who also want to know the attributes that consumers like.
